Distribution

 

 

 

 

STATUS: Distributed on New Guinea, a rather common species. Recently still refered to Macrocarsia Hampson, 1926 but this is a junior synonym of Polydesmiola Strand, 1916.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Ampas, Arso, Dotir, Lelambo, Gn. Meja Reserve, Prafi, Tuan Wowi, Uskwar, Walmak, Wembi. Details in gazetteer.
