STATUS: This larger Earias species is not as common in Papua as the previous two species. Restricted to New Guinea.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Borme, Jayapura, Mt. Kunupi, Mabilabol, Ninay Valley, Nomnagihé, Setekwa River, Utakwa River, Wandammen Peninsula. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
