Distribution
STATUS: A widely distributed species which is West from New Guinea very common. In Papua less abundant. Very variable which resulted in numerous synonym taxa names.
PAPUA LOCALITIES: Roon Island: Yende; New Guinea: Abmisibil, Ampas, Gn. Bembab, Manokwari, Meja Reserve, Ninay Valley, Uskwar, Wandammen Peninsula, Werba. Details in gazetteer.
EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Indo-Australian region, from Japan to Indo-China, from India to Papua New Guinea.
