STATUS: A rare species, so far only known from the area around Utakwa River. The second depicted specimen was in the Natural History Museum (London) arranged under the species name wollastoni but it looks in fact very different. Further research must reveal if it is another species or not.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Canoe Camp (Utakwa River), Utakwa River. Details in gazetteer.
