Distribution
STATUS: This rare species is found at the South of the Cenderawasih Bay. The similar and much more common S. suzannae De Vos, 2008 occurs more eastwards and has the dorsum of the forewing without suffusion and has broader forewings.
PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Lagari, Nabire, Tandia. Details in gazetteer.
