Distribution
STATUS: The species is widely distributed in Southeast Asia from South China to North Australia. In New Guinea the species is represented by subspecies severina.
PAPUA LOCALITIES: Japen Island: Serui; New Guinea: Genyem, Manokwari, Merauke, Suator (Vriendschap River), Taritatu River, Werba (nr Fakfak), Yuruf (Keerom River). Details in gazetteer.
EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Oriental Asia, Papua New Guinea, North Australia, Solomon Islands.
