STATUS: Widely distributed and locally common.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Japen Island; Roon Island; New Guinea: Asmat, Mt. Goliath, Jayapura, Kaimana, Manokwari, Merauke, Mimika, Nabire, Sarmi, Setakwa River, Sorong, Timika, Utakwa River. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: From Aru through New Guinea to Northern Australia.
