STATUS: Widely distributed, a common species.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Waigeo Island; Batanta Island; Biak Island; Japen Island; New Guinea: Fakfak, Jayapura, Mamberamo Raya, Mappi, Merauke, Sarmi, Sorong, Timika, Wandammen Peninsula. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Moluccas, Papua New Guinea, Australia.
