STATUS: Widely distributed but in Papua a rare species.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Misool Island; Waigeo Island; Numfor Island; Japen Island; New Guinea: Humboldt Bay, Sorong. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Aru Islands, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands.
