Distribution
STATUS: The species is widely distributed in the Archipelago, but it is rare in Papua. Similar to Thalassodes umbrimedia Warren, 1903, but larger and with the undulate line dark shaded on the paler wings (in umbrimedia the basal area is more filled with darker coloration and the line is more regular).

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Sunda Islands, Sulawesi, probably also Moluccas.
