Distribution

 

 

 

 

STATUS: A rather common species. It is easily distinguished by the black longitudinal dot on each wing and the golden yellow fringes.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Mt. Goliath, Lake Habbema, Mt. Kunupi, Pass Valley. Details in gazetteer.
