Distribution
STATUS: Outside New Guinea a common species, less abundant in Papua.
PAPUA LOCALITIES: Roon Island: Yende; New Guinea: Boma, Fakfak, Ifar, Jembatan Dua, Keerom, Rasiei, Sabron Camp (Cyclops), Timeepa. Details in gazetteer.
EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Indo-Australian tropics from India and Sri Lanka to the Solomon Islands, Queensland (Australia), Papua New Guinea.
