Distribution

 

 

 

 

 

STATUS: A conspicuous moth, easily to identify. It is a rather common species. Sexual dimorph.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Waigeo Island: Camp Nok; Numfor Island: Suer; Supiori Island: Nansfori; New Guinea: Ampas, Borme, Cyclops Mts, Ditschi (Arfak), Fakfak, Mt. Kunupi, Gn. Meja Reserve, Meni River (Arfak), Ninay Valley, Upper Setekwa River, Uskwar, Utakwa River, Wandammen Mts, Wembi. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea, Queensland (Australia).
