Distribution

 

 

 

 

 

STATUS: A widely distributed species. In Papua rather common, but not frequently. Found in lowland areas.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Batanta Island; New Guinea: Bivak Island, Kouh, Noordrivier (Lorentz River), Sibil, Sorong, Tami River, Teminabuan. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Indo-Australian region, eastwards to the Oceanic Island.
