STATUS: A common species with a clear preference for higher altitudes.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Abmisibil, Affi, Ampas, Andai, Borme, Mount Goliath (Mt Yamin), Ifar, Jayapura, Keerom, Langda, Mabilabol (Ok Sibil), Ninay Valley, Om, Prafi, Tekai, Uskwar, Walmak, Wambes, Warkapi. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Sundaland, Philippines, Halmahera, Papua New Guinea.
