STATUS: A common species at higher altitudes. It is a conspicuous and small species, widely distributed.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Abmisibil, Borme, Langda, Mokndoma, Pass Valley, Walmak, Wondiboy Mts. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
