STATUS: A common species but local. It is found in the Central Mountain Range of New Guinea.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Abmisibil, Borme, Mabilabol, Pass Valley, Walmak. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
