Distribution
STATUS: Widely distributed on New Guinea, mainly found in lowland areas. Not so common as caerulescens. Dark forms occur, an extreme form is known from Numfor Island (picture). It is checked on genitalia and turned out to be xenodora.
PAPUA LOCALITIES: Numfor Island: Namber; New Guinea: Andai, Getentiri, Mt. Goliath, Senggo, Tanah Merah, Utakwa River. Details in gazetteer.
EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
