Distribution

 

 

 

 

 

STATUS: A rare species. Male and female have a different wing shape, the males have a large androconial bladder at the forewing dorsum. The forewings have a metalic shimmer. The white spot in the center of the forewing may be enlarged to a patch.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Yapen Island: Mambo village; New Guinea: Foja Mts, Moanemani, Walmak. Details in gazetteer.
