Lyssa macleayi (Montrouzier, 1856)

Distribution

 

 

 

STATUS: A common species. In Lyssa macleayi the transverse is running straight to the tornus and is not branched off, the transverse on the underside of the hindwing not broadly margined by black, while in Lyssa toxopeusi there is a broad dark margin along the white transverse band on the underside of the hindwing and the fainted, slightly branched off white transverse band in the tornus of the forewing.
