Distribution
STATUS: Distributed East from the Wallace Line. The species is smaller and with shorter forewings than in the resembling Eumeta variegata. Furthermore the hindwing is darker and less hyaline.
PAPUA LOCALITIES: Batanta Island; Supiori Island: Nansfori; New Guinea: Ampas, Benyas, Borme, Dotir, Fyria River (Buruway), Kobrey, Lelambo, Senopi, Tandia, Teminabuan, Warkapi. Details in gazetteer.
EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Moluccas, Papua New Guinea.
