STATUS: A rare species, though widely distributed in New Guinea and the Bismarck Archipelago.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Yapen Island; New Guinea: Arfak Mts, Bora-Bora, Foja Mts, Mt. Goliath, Nabire, Wembi. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
