PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Affi, Ampas, Brazza River, Kobowre Mts, Ninay Valley, Nomnagihé, Samabusa (Nabire), Uskwar, Utakwa River, Wandammen Peninsula. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
