STATUS: A widely distributed and common species.
PAPUA LOCALITIES: Numfor Island: Namber; Supiori Island: Nansfori; Biak Island: Korem, Biak City; New Guinea: Ampas, Bewani River, Dotir (Wandammen), Fyria River (Buruway), Kouh (Merauke district), Mabilabol (Sibil), Mapia, Moni, Nabire, Ngat Valley, Uskwar, Utakwa River, Warmare Dua, Wembi, Werba (Fakfak district). EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Buru, Wetar, Tanimbar, Key Islands, Halmahera, Bacan, Obi, Ambon, Seram, Gebe, Papua New Guinea, Australia.
