PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Benyas, Huri-Mber, Kouh, Maripi, Sabron Camp (Cyclops), Upper Setekwa River, Warkapi, Werba. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
