STATUS: Recently this species has erroneously been described as a new species, Praesaturnia roepkei Yakovlev, De Vos & Hulsbosch, 2022 (Ratardidae). The Ratardidae, however, does not occur on New Guinea. The type specimen of Naxa craspedota is stored in the NHMUK collection.
