Distribution

 

 

 

 

 

STATUS: Widely distributed in the western part of New Guinea. Seems a common species. Distinguished from the other species by the rather straight forewing margin with an angle in the middle, and often some white spots on de hindwing fascia.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Roon Island; New Guinea: Fakfak, Gere (Humboldt Bay), Ninay Valley, Upper Setekwa River, Utakwa River. Details in gazetteer.
