STATUS: The species is widely distributed in the Indo-Australian region. New Guinea is represented by ssp. submarginata. A common species.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Demaisi, Mokwam, Ninay Valley. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
