STATUS: Seems restricted to the western part of New Guinea, a mountain species.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Bivak 39a & 40 (Star Mountains Exp. 1959), Mt. Goliath, Mt. Kunupi, Mabilabol, Mist Camp (Archbold Exp. 1938), Timeepa. Details in gazetteer.
