STATUS: Widely distributed, probably in the whole Melanesic Archipelago.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Mt. Goliath, Mokwam, Pass Valley, Utakwa River, Walmak. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo, Papua New Guinea.
