Distribution

 

 

 

 

 

 

STATUS: Widely distributed in the Oriental region. In New Guinea only recorded from the northern side. The species shows some variation in pattern, specimens are known with extended and complex pattern as well as unpatterned ones.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Waigeo Island: Camp Nok; Biak Island: Japanese cave; New Guinea: Andai, Gn. Bembab, Gn. Meja Reserve, Nimbokrang, Yongsu. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: India, Borneo, Papua New Guinea, Bismarck Archipelago.
