Distribution
STATUS: A common species. Widely distributed in New Guinea. There is a second yet undescribed species from New Guinea which is closely allied to this species but has the outer dark band distinctly closer to the apex of the forewing.
PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Borme, Demaisi, Hotice Camp (Foja Mts), Landikma, Mabilabol, Ngat Biep, Senopi. Details in gazetteer.
