STATUS: A widely distributed species, but in Papua less common and local.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Borme, Mokwam, Ngat Biep (Arfak), Sabron Camp (Cyclops), Upper Setekwa River, Taja Rifi, Utakwa River. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Northeast Himalaya, Sundaland, Sulawesi, Moluccas, Papua New Guinea, Queensland (Australia), Solomon Islands.
