STATUS: A common species. Widely distributed in New Guinea.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Mt. Goliath, Hotice Camp (Foja Mts), Nabire, Upper Setekwa River, Suator (Vriendschap River), Utakwa River. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea, Bismarck Archipelago, Queensland (Australia).
