STATUS: A common species. Lactura coarcervata Meyrick, 1938 is a junior synonym of floricoma.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Albatros Camp (Sterling Exp.), Ampas, Araucaria Camp (Archbold Exp.), Kwansu, Landikma, Lelambo, Sabron Camp (Cyclops), Upper Setekwa River, Utakwa River. Details in gazetteer.
