STATUS: Widely distributed in New Guinea. Mainly restricted to higher mountains.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Bivak 39a (Star Mts Exp.), Iebele Camp, Mokwam, Moss Forest Camp, Pass Valley, Rattan Camp, Setekwa River, Sibil, Utakwa River, Walmak, Wasior. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
