The Goat Moths (Lepidoptera: Cossidae) of Papua Indonesia
by Rob de Vos
Trismelasmos papuana (Roepke, 1955)
Taxonomical note
Trismelasmos papuana is at first sight very similar in pattern to T. elegans. However, the pattern of T. papuana has much more contrast because of the paler (often white) ground colour, although in the females this seems reverse. Trismelasmos papuana is generally larger than T. elegans.
