Note: The family name Roeslerstammiidae Bruand, [1851] has priority above the junior synonym Amphitheridae Meyrick, 1913 (Van Nieukerken & Karsholt, 2006), in contrary of the review of Heppner (2005). We follow the most recent opinion and therefore use the name Roeslerstammiidae.
