STATUS: Distributed on New Guinea.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Waigeo Island: Camp Nok; New Guinea: Borme, Ditschi, Dohunsehik, Ninay Valley, Pass Valley, Mt. Siwi (Arfak), Utakwa River, Walmak, Wamena. Details in gazetteer.
