Distribution

 

 

 

 

STATUS: Widely distributed but rather rare in Papua. Similar to albisecta but much larger and without distinct white terminal spot and without darkened veins on the hindwings. Forewings with a tornal patch of white and black.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Demaisi, Maripi, Mokwam, Upper Setekwa River, Utakwa River, Walmak. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Indo-Australia, Papua New Guinea, Queensland (Australia), Solomon Islands.
