PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Alkmaar Bivak, Bernhard Camp, Bivak Island, Digul River, Kebar, Kloofbivak, Nabire, Noord River (Lorentz River), Tami River, Tanahmerah, Van Weelskamp. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Aru Islands (Moluccas).
